Mike's speech is back completely! Becka was hoping for a few more days of quiet! Just kidding! Apparently, the seizure meds were the cause. Guess it was a side effect. Wondering why it took two days to figure THAT out! Started him on different meds today. Had an endocrine consult today. They want to do more blood work and another image of his pituitary gland. Looks like all the blood work that came back so far shows some significant issues with the the pituitary. Not sure if this is a primary issue or just one more thing going on. Neurologist still doesn't know why the docs couldn't draw spinal fluid. He was going to research this and get back to him tomorrow. Neurologist was going to check for infectious diseases from the spinal tap, so that is still in question. Mike's spirits are up, and both Becka and Mike are feeling covered in prayer.
